Prescription Requirement: Please note that BiPAP/VPAP devices are classified as prescription medical devices under Australian law. In accordance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations and our insurance obligations, a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required before we can configure or dispatch any BiPAP device. Orders placed without a prescription will not be processed until one is provided. If you choose to cancel your order, please note that a 5% processing fee will be retained to cover non-refundable merchant and administrative costs.
